The details
Privacy Policy
Last updated:
This policy describes the BrushNotes marketing website, including its guides and contact pages. If you create an account or use the member app, the app privacy policy also explains account information, saved activity, and AI processing.
Browsing this website
You can read our public pages without an account. The marketing website does not set advertising cookies or include advertising trackers. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes network information such as your IP address and browser request information to deliver and protect the website.
When you contact us
If you use the contact or partnership form, we receive your name, email address, and message so we can respond. Please don't include patient information, passwords, or payment-card details.
You can also email us directly at hello@brushnotes.com.
How information is used and shared
We use information to operate the website, answer inquiries, and address technical or security issues. Service providers that host the website or deliver email may process information for those purposes. We do not sell your personal information.
Accounts and payments
The member app handles account creation, saved schools, study progress, CE records, and other member features. See the app privacy policy for those details. When you choose a paid subscription, checkout is provided through Polar; the checkout identifies the payment provider and its applicable policies.
Your choices
Only include information you're comfortable sharing in an inquiry. For questions about information you've sent us, or to request access, correction, or deletion, email hello@brushnotes.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You can delete your member account in the app's Settings.
Links to other websites
Our guides and pages link to schools, licensing boards, employers, and other resources. Those websites handle information under their own policies.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the website changes. The date above indicates the latest revision. For privacy questions, contact BrushNotes or email hello@brushnotes.com.
